I ordered from ellievincynails.com and had a question about my order, so I reached out expecting a simple reply. But it took a lot longer than I thought it would, that made me feel a bit ignored.

When they finally got back to me, the response felt rushed and didn’t really answer what I needed. I ended up having to message again, which just added to the frustration because by then I was already feeling put off.

The products themselves might be perfectly fine, but the customer service experience left me disappointed. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but when you’re spending your money somewhere, you kind of hope they’ll make you feel taken care of.

I went in hoping there’d be more to choose from, but the selection felt limited. I think I stopped by last Thursday, or maybe it was the week before, but either way I remember being surprised that so many of the styles looked almost the same.
If you’re just looking for really basic sets, it might be fine. For me, though, I couldn’t find the colors or shapes I had in mind, so I ended up leaving without ordering. Just wasn’t enough variety for what I wanted.

I wanted to like these because they looked cute in the pack, but putting them on was not as easy as I expected. I’m giving 4 stars because the photos were helpful, but I was expecting the instructions and overall product info to be a bit clearer. More realistic lighting in the photos would also make it easier to know exactly what to expect

I always kind of look for where something might go off, especially with colors and sizes, but this order lined up exactly with what I picked on the site. Nothing was missing, the sizes were right, and the colors matched too. I was half expecting one thing to be wrong, so it was a nice relief

One corner of the box was a little banged up, so I made sure to check the items right away and took a quick look just in case there was any damage. I really like these because they make my nails look clean and cute without giving that super fake press-on look, and they’re simple enough for everyday but still enough that I keep catching myself looking at my hands

I found the booking easily and the site was simple to use. The only thing was that some of the pages loaded a bit slowly.

I wore these for a while and they feels really comfy. No pinching at all, which I really appreciate.

I just needed real delivery details, not some vague little "trust us" routine. If you’re going to sell something, maybe don’t make customers play Detective Package Tracker just to figure out what’s happening. Frustrating experience.
